`cdec` is a research platform for machine translation and similar structured prediction problems.

## Installation

Build `cdec`:

	autoreconf -ifv
	./configure
	make
	./tests/run-system-tests.pl

You will need the following libraries / tools:

	boost
	GNU Autotools
	GNU Flex
